Rules & Regulations

Patrons must: 

  1. Sign a waiver of liability before entering the field.
  2. Respect the field and equipment.
  3. Respect all patrons and staff. No physical or verbal abuse, including profanity.
  4. Bring only water or sports drinks in sealable containers on the field.
  5. Be responsible for cleaning up before their designated time expires.
  6. Be responsible for valuables. The facility is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  7. All items must be purchased before leaving the store area or check-in area.
  8. Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.
  9. Be respectful when sharing content from the facility on social media.

Prohibited:

  1. ABSOLUTELY NO CLEATS, Indoor soccer shoes such as turf or futsal or sneakers are recommended.
  2. No gum, snacks, or food allowed on the field.
  3. No spitting on the premises, including on the field or in the water fountain.

Any patrons found in violation of these rules will face disciplinary action, including, but not limited to suspension or permanent bans.

 

Commish Field Cancellation Policy

 

Field Rentals (Team & Private Turf Rentals)

  1. Cancellations must be made at least four (4) weeks in advance of the scheduled rental date. 
  2. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a credit toward a future rental.
  3. Deposits are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of the rental date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  5. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.

Programs, Leagues & Clinics

  1. Program registrations are non-refundable once the session begins. 
  2. Cancellations requested prior to the start of the program may be eligible for a credit, less any administrative fees.
  3. Missed classes due to absence, injury, weather, or scheduling conflicts cannot be refunded or made up.
  4. Commish Field reserves the right to reschedule or combine sessions if necessary.

Birthday Parties

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  2. Cancellations must be made at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled party date to receive a credit toward a future party.
  3. Cancellations made within one (1) month of the party date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  4. In the event of illness, parties may be rescheduled once, based on availability.

General Policy Notes

  1. All credits must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
  2. Credits are non-transferable.
  3. No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused time.
  4. Commish Field reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment:

By registering or booking at Commish Field, I understand that all deposits are non-refundable. Field rentals require at least four (4) weeks’ notice for cancellation to be eligible for a credit, birthday parties require at least one (1) month’s notice, and program registrations are non-refundable once a session begins. Cancellations made within these timeframes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Missed classes, no-shows, or unused time cannot be refunded. In the event of illness, Commish Field will make every effort to reschedule when possible, subject to availability. All credits must be used within six (6) months and are non-transferable.
